POSITION SUMMARY: Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide an Exceptionally Distinctive Guest Experience by coordinating food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table

BUSSER

POSITION SUMMARY : A busser serves guests by setting tables; placing and replacing silverware; keeping beverage glasses full; adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment.

BARBACK

POSITION SUMMARY: A barback is responsible for consistently collecting, washing, sanitizing, and restocking all barware and glasses for bartender use; Restocking all service stations with ice, fruit, straws, liquor, wine, beer, etc.; Assisting bartenders

SERVER

POSITION SUMMARY: Provides efficient, friendly guest service while demonstrating brand, food and wine knowledge.

BARTENDER

POSITION SUMMARY: As a bartender at this classic chicago steakhouse, duties include preparing beverages for our guests and serving them at the bar or through the wait-staff.
