Chef/Owner Genie Kwon of Kasama (James Beard Nominee + One MICHELIN Star, the first Filipino Restaurant MICHELIN Star in the world)

Tickets to this experience are $350, and monetary donations will be accepted. Proceeds will go directly to the Emilia-Romagna Regional Federation of Coldiretti, Italy’s Agricultural Association.

Chefs Unite to Raise Funds for Italy’s Emilia-Romagna

Join us in support of Emilia-Romagna, Italy’s most bountiful agricultural region that was recently devastated by “once in a century” floods. Each named restaurant has stepped up to host a curated dining experience or dish at their individual locations benefiting farmers in the region through the National Italian American Foundation disaster relief fund.
