Higgins) will offer a steak special all month featuring a 45-day dry-aged, bone-in ribeye, seasoned with Gene & Georgetti’s signature Tuscan Salt blend, seared to perfection at 1500 degrees and served with garlic confit and grilled lemon.
To balance out the robust flavor and rich texture of the ribeye, the team at Gene & Georgetti suggests a wine pairing of a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, or a Barolos.
