Kitchen Line Cooks & Prep Cooks:
Previous experience preferred, responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications. Working efficiently and quickly a must!
Experience required in fine dinning, open availability, must be able to confidently describe items on the menu (ingredients used along with how it is prepared, cooked and served), taking food and beverage orders, superior attention to customers during the meal for any additional needs along with providing checks and taking payments. Must be able to work well with other restaurant employees to present an enjoyable dining experience to customers. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and carry up to 10lbs.
Experience preferred, not required. Open availability (primarily weekends). Polished, attention to detail, and desire to provide excellent service a must. Must be able to carry up to 10lbs and stand for long periods of time.

We paid a visit to WGN AM Radio last week with Roe Conn and Richard Roeper. Revae Schneider, founder of Femme Du Coupe and the creative genius behind Gene & Georgetti Rosemont’s new unique craft cocktail menu, mixed up a few cocktails for the whole crew. Our downtown restaurant will be open to the public on Saturday, July 4th for Independence Day celebrations.
