At Gene & Georgetti, Christmas Eve has long been one of our favorite nights of the year. It’s a moment when tradition, family, and hospitality come together at the table—exactly where we believe the best memories are made.
As we celebrate 85 years since opening our doors in 1941, we’re honored to welcome guests once again for a festive evening rooted in our Tuscan heritage and the timeless dishes that define Chicago’s original steakhouse.

Tagliolini con Tartufo Nero
House-made tagliolini finished in a truffle & parmigiano-reggiano sauce, topped with fresh shaved Marinello Tartufi black truffle—a luxurious nod to our Italian roots.
Risotto con Caviale
Aged carnaroli rice combined with Adamas imported Italian caviar and parmigiano-reggiano d.o.p., resulting in a rich, elegant holiday dish.

Holiday Prime Rib
A limited Christmas Eve specialty: our custom cut created in collaboration with Northwest Meat Company.
Served two fingers thick with horseradish crema and au jus.
