Michelle represents the third generation of our family to lead Gene & Georgetti, Chicago’s original Tuscan steakhouse. Founded in 1941 by Gene Michelotti and Alfredo “Georgetti” Federighi, the restaurant has stood for over 80 years as a symbol of tradition, community, and exceptional dining. Today, Michelle continues that legacy with integrity, heart, and a vision rooted in both heritage and innovation.
