We are so excited to be collaborating with Manny’s Deli on such a fun experience!
A knish is a traditional Ashkenazi Jewish snack food consisting of a filling covered with dough that is typically baked or sometimes deep fried. Manny’s has brought a group of their Chicago faves together (thanks for the invite, Manny’s!) to develop unique knishes that cross cultural and culinary boundaries for all to enjoy. While more details are to come, we already know it will be a delicious treat, plus, a portion of proceeds will benefit the Illinois Restaurant Educational Foundation and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
