The 43rd Illinois Restaurant Association Chef’s Table was held yesterday, April 21st and what a success it was! We were gifted perfect weather and the city views from the venue , Theater on the Lake, were gorgeous. Our team was joined by over 30 of Chicago’s top restaurants and beverage vendors. In addition to being present, we are also proud to have made a contribution that will directly support the fund.

Chicago residents got to reconnect with many local favorites and were introduced to some new places to try, too! Also present, were some brilliant high schoolers who have a passion for the industry! We enjoyed being able to describe the pasta-making process to the troves of students who stopped by our table throughout the evening.

There was a full day of preparation from our chef and back of house team who made over 600 handmade Casoncelli alla Bergamasca! These Italian stuffed ravioli are filled with prosciutto, salami and sausage, then cooked in butter and topped with parmesan cheese *Chef’s Kiss*. They were such a huge hit, and we are very excited to have them on our summer menu which is rolling out soon!

Thank you to Illinois Restaurant Association for such a great event! We were honored to be a part of Chef’s Table 2022 and can’t wait for next years event! Next, our team is off to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Grand Chef’s Experience! Stay tuned!
