Mieli Thun Honey
Mieli Thun produces honeys that are pure, nomadic and monofloral – composed from the nectar of a single flower. For the past century, Mieli Thun has harvested nectar from local bees that pollinate nearby flowers. The resulting selection of honey captures the pure fragrance and flavor of the hills, forests, and pastures of Italy. The many flavors may be used in herbal teas, sweet and savory baked products, marinades, or even medicinal purposes. Now that’s some pretty spectacular sweetener. Mieli Thun Monofloral Honeys are produced without pasteurization or additives. In this way Andrea is able to capture the pure fragrance and flavor of each flower species in the respective honey.
