CHICAGO MENU

Our Chicago location is celebrating classic romance with a special, four-course Valentine’s dinner menu for two, for $160 per couple (plus tax and gratuity), includes two complimentary glasses of bubbly.

Guests may select one from each course:

FIRST COURSE

Tomato Bisque
roasted tomatoes and vegetables kettle-simmered and blended smooth

Salmon Tartare
served with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt

Stuffed Mushrooms
three mushrooms stuffed with sausage, ground beef and parmesan cheese

SECOND COURSE

Burrata
baby heirloom tomatoes, burrata cheese, imported olive oil and sea salt

Gnocchi
with vodka cream sauce

Pasta Veal Ragu
fresh fettuccine with the slow-cooked family recipe veal ragu

THIRD COURSE

Grouper
8 oz. broiled grouper with citrus vinaigrette, served with roasted cauliflower

Filet Mignon with Shrimp
8 oz. filet mignon and two grilled prawns, served with garlic mashed potatoes

22 oz. Dry Aged Bone-in Ribeye
sliced and shared, served with grilled asparagus and mashed sweet potatoes (add $15 if ordered separate.)

“Leaving You Behind”
Hibiscus-infused Gin, Fresh Lemon Juice, Vanilla, garnished with a lemon twist and hibiscus flowers

“Love On The Rocks”
Cherry Vodka, Ginger Ale, with a splash of Grenadine and a cherry on top

“I Never Really Liked You Anyway”
Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Aperol, Absinthe, with a dash Rhubarb Bitters, and a splash of white vermouth, orange zest

“Single and Lovin’ It”
Dark Rum, Amaretto, Kahlua, Cream, poured into a Raw Sugar rimmed glass and sprinkled with Cinnamon

Galentine’s, Valentine’s and even non-observers will enjoy the Valentine’s dinner menu including a limited time “Bite Me Valentine’s Day Cocktails” list at Gene & Georgetti Rosemont. The four-course dinner menu is priced at $85 per person (plus tax and gratuity).
