Marketing Manager

$50,000 + annually (+ bonus incentives)

One of the most iconic Italian steakhouses in America is seeking a multi-talented, experienced, creative, results-driven Marketing Manager to innovate and manage all digital and traditional needs & unit-level sales initiatives.

The opportunity also includes overseeing marketing needs for the Restaurant Group’s new bar/café concept slated for a Q1 2019 ribbon cutting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage quarterly marketing plans, programs, and events
  • Generating innovative ideas and executing email and social media campaigns, event marketing, press releases, ad placements, in-store design, merchandising, and more.
  • Focus on building sales and forecasting future product performance
  • SEO initiatives – determining strat
  • egic influencers, 3rd party blogs and news outlets to coordinate link building campaigns

  • Aid in a visual brand refresh, managing relationships with designers and maintaining quality control
  • Sponsorships & Online Reputation Management – managing 3rd party sponsorships and website effectiveness / reach
  • Newsletters – drafting monthly newsletters to target partners and repeat customers
  • Tools – comprehensive technical knowledge and implementation of the latest marketing software
  • High energy and passionate about food, hospitality and branding

Qualifications:

  • Experience designing, implementing and managing budgets across digital and traditional forms of marketing, including editorial, email, paid media, data analysis, and production
  • Ability to leverage data-driven customer analysis and brand awareness to drive revenue expansion
  • Knowledge and proven track record of developing and promoting differentiated online marketing, print marketing and CRM strategies
  • Strong sense of accountability, attention to detail and work ethic
  • Well-developed written and verbal communications skills

Required Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of B2B and B2C marketing experience
