Over the course of my life when I had hair, I have had a luxurious perm, a rockin Mohawk, and a classic rat-tail.

What’s one memory, at Gene & Georgetti or outside of it, that you treasure most?

1) One night, Billy Cristal came in after his concert and all the kitchen staff had already gone home. Jose, a server, and I cooked for him; of course he loved it.

2) A couple of years ago, Will Ferrell was in town and during his afternoon run, he poked his head into the restaurant like only he could do. He looked around, smiled and left. Later that night, he came back for dinner with his family to celebrate his wife’s birthday and we had some laughs about the afternoon run.
