Gene and Georgetti is proud to have an exclusive Jackson Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Hawkeye Mountain, available.
Sourced from Sonoma County’s volcanically-derived Mayacamas Mountains, the Hawkeye vineyard is perched high above the valley floor on drastic slopes. Fog strains to reach the chilled top of the mountain, resulting in large temperature swings daily which are only tempered by the constants winds driven by the Pacific Ocean.
Tasting Notes :
Deep black cherry, cassis and red currant flavors with graceful mineral tones. Artistically extracted, elegantly muscular, with chewy, soft tannins.
