Featuring a selection of delectable Happy Hour bar bites

CHICAGO (April 2016) –Gene & Georgetti (500 N. Franklin), celebrating 75 years as Chicago’s original steakhouse, announces its first-ever happy hour by launching a Prime Time Bar Menu available daily Monday –Friday from 4 to 6 p.m.

Along with Chicago’s classic menu of cocktails, spirits and fine wines, guests can now enjoy the new Prime Time Bar Menu items including: a Crab Cake Sandwich, Gene & Georgetti’s signature crab cake with lettuce, tomato, and Remoulade on a Kaiser roll, served with coleslaw; a Panino, thinly sliced ham and queso fresco sandwich, baked with tomatoes and onions; a Pizza Bread Margherita, fresh tomato and mozzarella with basil and oregano; Pigs in a Blanket, Gene & Georgetti’s classic sausage and peppers baked in puff pastry with a marinara dipping sauce; a “Mini” Burger, over a quarter pound patty broiled to order with bibb lettuce, tomato, and onion, served on a Kaiser roll with a side of fries; Chicken Diavolo Wings, served with your choice of ranch or bleu cheese dressing; a Filet Béarnaise, a 4 oz. Filet Mignon with steamed asparagus and Béarnaise sauce; Mac and Cheese, ziti baked in a creamy cheese sauce, topped with chive-cheddar bread crumbs; and Seasoned Fries.
