(Roasted Prime Rib Sliced Thick on a Pretzel Bun served with Mashed Potatoes)

Salmon Limón with Sautéed Broccoli

(Broiled 7oz Atlantic Salmon with Lemon caper sauce served with Broccoli sautéed in olive oil and garlic)

Mostaccioli Ferrara with Creamed Spinach

(Mostaccioli Pasta tossed in our homemade Marinara sauce served with a side of creamed spinach)
